Applied early Fall then received Hackerrank OA. OA consisted of 2 LC medium-level questions that were relatively common, not super difficult. After OA was 2.5 hour virtual onsite with 1 behavioral and 2 technical portions.

The Interviewers we're super helpful and very encouraging. They treated the interview process as a collaborative effort rather than a test and made me feel very comftorable and engaged. The questions that were asked were not meant to trick you but did a very good job at guaging your knowledge of data structures and algorithms

2nd round - 3 interviews, behavioral with CTO, technical with a dev, design with a dev
Got the offer and opportunity for reverse interviews based on what you are interested in.
Overall, leetcode problems are classic data structures and algorithms with a twist. Does not seem like a traditional software engineer role, Culture fit feels very important and engineering plays a large role in product innovation.
Company is experiencing hyper growth, feels like a great time to get in and have the chance to make a real impact. Throughout the interview process I could tell that everyone that they enjoyed there work and it was a very collaborative and welcoming place.
Turned down 2 other offers for here, one other startup and one faang.
