I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this recruitment process.
The recruiter insisted on scheduling the interview between 6:30–8:30 PM — typically dinner hours — and showed no flexibility despite my repeated requests for alternative times.
My concerns were ignored, and the interview was forcibly scheduled on a weekday evening.
To make matters worse, my interview was rescheduled twice. The first cancellation came just a day before the scheduled time. The second time, the interviewer simply didn’t show up, and I was left waiting in the call with no explanation.
After I reached out to the recruiter, the interview was rescheduled yet again — this time without any consultation regarding my availability. When I followed up within one working day to request a different time, I was informed that the role had been closed.
Overall, the process was frustrating, disorganized, and lacking in basic communication and respect for a candidate’s time.
