The interview process was composed of three parts. A first round interview over zoom that was more of a "meet and greet" to ensure it was a good fit. The second round interview was in person and was a lot more detailed. There was a third round interview over the phone that had last questions to the candidate.

The interview process was both exciting and motivating. The interviewer provided a detailed explanation of the company and the program, making sure I understood their mission, values, and what to expect moving forward.
