I was shortlisted and made it well into the interview process. After an initial screening phone call I had three interviews that all went well. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. However, after the third interview they just went silent. There was no communication that either another person had been hired or that they were not hiring anyone at that stage. I followed up with the HR/talent acquisition person whom I had an initial screening call with and that had organized all the follow-up interviews but heard nothing.
