I applied to the company directly rather than through an agency. I received a phone call to arrange an interview for a couple of days time and was told to ask for a certain member of staff. I arrived at the factory at the security gate whom were great. The person I was asked to see however was not. I was interviewed for the nightshift 10-6. The interview lasted approximately 10-15 mins whereby the manager or night shift manager was helpful asked lots of questions about me and why I wanted to work there when I had a degree etc. I was offered the job there and then for the following week
