Hiring delegated by manager to ''Senior Call Handler'' with a bit too much to say for himself. You're asked stupid questions that do not have much baring on the role and more asked to ascertain if you're a pushover and will take crap dished out by the more well liked members of staff. Boring and uneventful.

''What would you do if another member of staff asked you to do something?''
Say that you wouldn't do it because it'll take you away from what you're doing.
I said that I'd do it for them and this was helpful, I wasn't thinking along the right lines in terms of resource.
