Simple and easy one on one interview. Learn the general information about the company and their way of working and what they preach. You should be good to go. One main interview. On boarding was fairly simple. Training was paid and easy to do. Might feel like an overload of information if new to Optometry. Otherwise all will go quite smoothly

First there was a Phone interview & then it was Face to face with the area manager. Simple process. General questions. Was told will get a call back if selected but got a call the same day. Had initially applied for Assistant store manager but got the store manager position instead.
