First an email, then a call from a recruiter to confirm my resume . Next you will have a Video meeting and technical questions a week later. Within that week, it is advised that you should brush up on your technological skills.

Initial HR call followed by skype technical round. Set up a call for 30 mins and after that a 1-1 call with a technical person for 1 hour. The recruiter did not respond to any follow up mails.

About my experience and projects. Coding interview on some search algorithms, SQL and object-oriented concepts. No reply after that. No respect whatsoever for the candidates time. Mailed them a couple of times for the feedback, never got a reply.

Entretien
It was a Skype Meeting, also had an option of Face to Face in Seattle/Redmond, WA. The interview was basically focused on Coding, Problem Solving and Technical questions. Interviewer was an on-site Senior Microsoft Engineer.
