I was approached by the recruited and had a friendly chat. Second interview was with the hiring manager where I was briefed about the team and position. Third interview was a technical onsite with tech lead and the team. The session took 3 hours(system design and coding). It was quite challenging but extremely to the point. I felt like I was being audited with my ability of handling real day to day tasks of the team. Highlight of the interview was that I was asked to review code instead of writing it.
