Took about 21 days from the day of submission through to the last interview.
I got an email response with a quick inquiry from the recruiter within an hour after submitting the application, talk about timing!
For this particular role you may expect the following steps (if shortlisted):
1. A quick phone call with the recruiter.
2. You will be given an offline assessment - covers customer handling, basic troubleshooting thought process, a coding question or two, and some basic SQL.
3. Passed assessment? A technical interview with 2 support leads. Nice chaps.
4. All good? An interview with the hiring manager.
5. All good? interview with Head of People.
Interview difficulty would vary depending on the post, this review is applicable to a support role.
