Quite long interview process, about a month before I received an offer with 4 rounds of interviews. Nothing difficult about the interviews, they are very specific about finding a culture fit it seems.

Very strange from start to end. Gave me an article about a woman who worked at hooters and went on to become the CEO of Cinnabon to read after the first interview. Made me question if I’d fit in with the company culture. They messed up the link to my second interview, then rescheduled it an hour later which just made me more nervous. The lady who did the second interview barely asked me anything, and seemed unimpressed with where I worked for many years while getting my degree. Also, she had no idea about the article the first recruiter sent, so when I referenced it she didn’t even know what I was talking about. If you aren’t going to give someone a chance because you look down on their current job in retail, why waste everyone’s time and interview them? They also become non-responsive pretty quickly after your interview. Pay is much less than average for other companies for this role, know your worth and go elsewhere.

Interview with someone from the Talent Acquisition team first. Kristina was professional and very communicative. You then meet with someone from the executive team and then to the branch. Really pleased with how the overall process went.
