Met with multiple key leaders on multiple visits. Everyone was very friendly and open to me as a new team member. Everything seemed to be going well except that the process was very disorganized. Then no further contact and no next steps. A thanks but no thanks email would have been the courteous and right thing to do but never heard from them again even after multiple follow ups.
