Online interview initially to discuss my experience and how the role fitted into the company. Also had a overview of the company and their product range. Followed by a face to face at there woking office. I was shown around the facility then I was interviewed by three people with a mixed bag of questions everything of engineering and production question but also improvement and how I'd sort issues. A right mixed bag of a role and interview. They either gave the role internally or a direct application, I knew there would be no offer if there was a direct applicant in the mix. Turns out I was right....
