The interview was informal, friendly and conversational. They asked thoughtful questions seemed genuinely interested in my experience and background. They followed up promptly after the interview and indicated the direction they were taking the role.

I did a remote panel interview with five people over Zoom. Everyone was well prepared, on-time and professional. The questions were standardized and interviewers were in pairs to help prevent bias. I was very impressed and only wish that all companies handled interviews so well.
