Intro interview with Owner. After reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Glassdoor, I expected a professional and respectful interview experience. Unfortunately, my meeting was extremely disappointing. The interaction felt disengaged, unfriendly, and dismissive, with little effort to have a meaningful or two-way conversation. I did not feel treated with the same level of respect or consideration described in other reviews, making the contrast especially concerning.
