My interview process at Owner was challenging in the best ways. They take careful consideration when selecting candidates and ask great questions. Speaking with the CEO was truly one of the best interviews I've had yet - he was insightful and excited about the future of what's to come at Owner. I'm grateful to be a part of the team!

Very quick turnaround, very friendly talent acquisition recruiter. She makes an effort to make the interview feel very conversational and tries to paint the picture that the culture can be quite competitive. They use AI metaview to transcribe the interview and then she reviews the candidates with a BDR on the team.

Four rounds: HR screening, hiring manager, case study with BDM, final round with CRO. Great interview experience overall, as they're curious to understand who you are outside of just your resume

Entretien
Owner likes to go deep and understand the core of all your experiences and philosophy’s. Be prepared to answer second and third order questions. Additionally be prepared to be thrown off at some point in the interview as the see how you adjust with feedback and under pressure.
