After you send you CV and cover letter as a spontaneous application, they might contact you and ask you to fill in a form about your experience, motivation, some behavioural questions, expectations. You will first have an interview with someone from the Field Development Team (a sort of a specialised recruitment and training unit) .
After that, you will have to write a writing samle in the style of OBG's Economic News (check the website). You can choose the topic you want.
Mock interview: you will interview one of the regional editors as he or she was the CEO of a big company in one of the countries OBG covers. Your will have a few days to prepare for this interview. With your questions, focus on the sector, more than on the company.
After that. you will have a final interview with the head of the Field Development team. Some honest questions to really see if your expectations align with the position. In any case, this is more a conversation than an interview, so just be natural.
