J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez PA Consulting en oct. 2017
Entretien
1st Round : Behavioral telephone
2nd Round: Superday (technical, behavioral, group case)
3rd Round: Call with Partner
The group case is still the Pyramid case that is mentioned all over glassdoor! I️ have a feeling they never change the case. As an FYI it is not possible to quantitatively evaluate all possible options, so make sure to divide the deliverables throughout the team.
The technical interview was not technical. It was mostly an evaluation as to what your perspectives are in the respective sector and where you think there are opportunities for growth. Most technical questions were specific to your previous project work on your resume.
Behavioral interview was the standard “tell me a time”.
Honestly, I️ got the impression (on multiple fronts) that they are struggling as a business (limited resources/ under utilized consultants/emphasis on limited clients). I️ frankly would not recommend if you are considering other management consulting firms, but ultimately the decision is up to you. Good luck!
FYI there travelling agency will fly you out and back on the same day for superday. Make sure they give you enough time to get to and from the airport.
Assessment centre from 9-1. Had to complete a variety of tasks and you’re assessed by different people. Includes a forty five minute interview, a presentation, technical case study, and a group exercise.
Very friendly and warm people, incredibly casual interview. Consisted of four interviews (two behavioral, and two technical) in one day. You get to speak with people who are in all levels of the company.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez PA Consulting (Londres, Angleterre) en août 2021
Entretien
• 30min HR interview for an intro chat + 1 guesstimate question. I was not warned that there would be a guesstimate even though I asked.
• ~1 hr case study with a consultant. Had to prepare a few slides on a particular company's performance and challenges to present in 10min. There were some follow-up questions after the presentation.
• ~1hr competency-based interview + market sizing question with a consulting analyst.
• informal ~45min chat with a partner. A few questions around why PA, why consulting, but was very conversational and informal. At this stage, the partner will give you feedback on the spot on whether you'll be given an offer.
• HR feedback call where you get the offer and discuss benefits.
Overall, the interviews were easy and people were very friendly and pleasant. My only red flag was with HR, they did not warn me about the guesstimate despite apparently many interviewees flagging that to them. Their communication was also incredibly unprofessional.
