I had expected this interview to last no more than 60 minutes. It ended up taking four hours. Husband and wife executive leadership team would interview me in conference room and go in and out of the the conference room to confer with each other and then come back in and ask follow-up questions or to administer personality/skills assessments. I was not informed ahead of time that I would be doing these assessments. Follow-up questions zeroed in on my personal life not the skills needed to do the job. It's not appropriate to ask an applicant about their relationship with their parents. CEO also appeared visibly upset that I was inspired by a non-Christian culture and, after conferring with her husband, came back concerned about my personal faith. I had to cancel dinner plans because this interview took far too long and tired me out considerably. I felt that the way they hijacked my afternoon without telling me ahead of time is an indication of how they treat their employees. Your time is not your own anymore.
