Got a call from a recruiter that seemed nice and cordial but things changed. They try to low ball you from the beginning. Talking you down and telling you market rates that were not accurate. Overall they were not very professional or experienced in my opinion. Would not want to be in that environment considering I got an offer offering 50%+ more than what they did.
