Entretien
The first few stages of the interview process were okay for the most part. I liked the people on the Customer Success team that I interviewed with but at times the recruiter was unresponsive as we were trying to schedule further interviews. I made it to the fourth and final interview which entailed a panel presentation that I spent many hours working on. After the interview I emailed the recruiter asking when I might expect to hear back about whether or not I got the job and never received a reply from him. Instead, days later, I received an automated, impersonal rejection letter.
As others have mentioned in their reviews I find it unprofessional that a generic rejection letter was sent after the amount of time I dedicated to work on a presentation. It only takes a few minutes to send a more personalized email from the hiring team thanking you for your time. Not a good candidate experience and left a bad taste in my mouth.
