Phone interview, and then a tour of the lab facilities. Manager of the lab asked how I'd improve on the test setups that they had available. I asked a lot of questions, which is why I think I got it (my background wasn't really a closely matching fit for the position) -- overall, work culture seems great; employees get travel opportunities, and everyone I met seemed to really enjoy working there (and had strong enthusiasm for the company's mission/impact as well).
