First I was told about the company and what does the company do, and then I was asked to talk about myself. Next I was given a printed circuit board and asked to identify components on the circuit board and explain what it does (Didn't need to identify everything, just couple). Then, I was taken to tour the facility and the person interviewed me explained more about the position and the responsibilities. Overall a great time talking to the person and was very nice and informative.
