entire process is conducted in three stages 1. technical Apti 2. technical interview 3. hr interview technical apti base on which language you choose like java , .net, php which cnsist of basic multiple choice question .... syntax, keywords etc in technical interview they ask question in great detail until you say "no sir, i dont know" :D
