First was asked to fill out a questionnaire via email. The after a month I received an interview. Interviewed with the CEO and Ops manager and was asked a combination of technical and 'soft' questions. Technical questions were difficult, but being an MSP it makes sense as you want all your people to know what they're doing. All interviews were via Teams. Seemed like any other interview. Though once it was done, I was asked to do a "personality test", like those Myers Briggs tests. Which I find are a waste of time and have no basis in scientific fact. The fact that this company requires such a thing is a red flag for me.
I withdrew my application after the interview based on some red flags that I felt were present.
