Entretien
The three-part process after application submission. Testing on reading comprehension and system operation with legend and key comprehension. typing test by call simulation and data entry with behavioral questions. once passed the 1st test an email is sent to the Hogan examine that is just a bunch of behavioral questions. If passed to satisfaction a face to face will be set up. The interviews consist of 5 question to be answered using the STAR system.
