The phone screen and face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and his colleague in marketing both went great, but the president of the company no-showed to his own interview with me while all of his management apologized profusely.
I waited for 40 minutes before leaving, and as I left I told his assistant that he was welcome to schedule a phone interview or set up a time for another interview (after work hours at my current job). I didn't receive any correspondence from him, nor an apology. In the end I just told them I wasn't interested.
The Glassdoor reviews from previous employees are pretty bad: my take on it is that their newer management folks seem to be doing their best to turn things around, but you can only do so much when you're not the person in charge.
