phone interviews with onsite interviews, and takes very long time. You should spend at least three months and perhaps get a response. Candidates time seems not important to them at all.
I got the OA from the company PIMCO pretty soon after i applied, the oa was quite hard coding questions, might considered as leetcode medium-hard level. Then i haven't really heard back from them yet

Really smooth. The interviewer is very nice. I really appreciated how friendly and professional they were during the interview. It helped me feel more comfortable and confident in discussing my qualifications.
Super nice interviewers. They are willing to give hints. 30 min interviews with behavioral questions and technical questions including probability, portfolio optimization, and option pricing. Due to covid, it's now remote for interviewing.
