I passed the first round by failed the second round. The first round questions were basic screening "tell me about yourself" questions. Second round was technical job related questions. I was able to answer all of the questions correctly but didn't get the offer. They were lack of follow up. After trying to contact them a few times for interview updates they told me they like my background but prefer someone with more experience.
Call with HR, then call with hiring manager if you advance to that stage. From there, would be an in person interview with the team. I did not make it past the 2nd round.
I did a HireVue, waited two weeks than was asked to do a video interview with HR. I then met with the Hiring Manager. Pretty general questions asking about general market / product knowledge, who you networked with ect.
Had over 8 interviews with every member of each team and region, started out with HR and then with hiring manager and then with every manager in Tokyo. Once that was one there were interviews with overseas managers.
