I had a 30 minute phone interview with the president where we discussed my past experience and the job description. I recieved an email a few days later asking if I would be interested in coming in for an in person interview. The in person interview was about 1 hour. I met the president and the director of sales. Pretty standard questions. I explained how I thought my background would fit into the job description. About a week later I received an offer that I felt was very fair.
