First step was a small test, i had create lead app design. After submit test, followed by a short interview. The interview was in the headquarters, was pleasant. CEO introduce me the company and we talked about design and experience.

Entretien
It went very smoothly, we went through our basic views on work process. Then I've received testing task, which i did quite badly, but still i got another chance and then I was accepted. Last question was about money and we have found good number for both sides.
