There is no interview, they will basically take anyone. If you get invited to the recruitment day then you have got the job. You just need to pass a drug and alcohol test and some simple questions on forms.

Entretien
During interview you are being hired whitout asking you a question. They explain the hourly rate and promise nice things to you. They don't ask where are you from and how many years of experience you have. They ask you to complete the form and do the D&A test and you're hired.
