It was about a 2 month process. A recruiter immediately calls you, gets some information about you, they’re looking for keywords. Then you’re given a red or green light on the next interview with the District Manager over the phone, if that goes well, the manager at the local branch gives you an interview, after that they contact you about a week and a half later.

Entretien
30 minute phone interview followed by a dual panel 1 hour in-person interview. I was interviewed by two managers from separate branches. They asked me questions regarding sales ability and the ability to work with a team.

First portion was a phone interview and then came in for a face-to-face interview with two branch managers.
After that I waited about 3 months to get and offer and then another month after that to start.

I got a call from the recruiter. She asked me to tell her about myself and was very personable. She set up an interview with the branch manager. I met with her and then she brought everyone in to meet with me. I am still waiting for a call back.
