I handed my resume to a campus recruiter, got a phone call and a small phone interview, attended the super day and went through 3 behavioral interviews, then got a call with an offer about 3 weeks later. The Super Day interviews were made easier because everyone had an opportunity to meet and network with their interviewers the night before the interviews actually took place. i felt pretty comfortable with my interviewers before even going into the interview. Take advantage of the reception before the interviews if you have the chance.
