I applied on their website and waited a couple weeks to be contacted by a recruiter. When the recruiter called me I was asked basic questions about my experience and expectations. Afterwards I was scheduled to interview with the Accounting Manager and Controller in person. A few days after those interviews I was offered the position.

in a room with 50 other people taking a test you have 5 min to answer 50 questions so they can see how your abilities to skim over things and complete the overall task at hand and not get stumped and stick with 1 problem
