Tough, but fair. PPG is a very good employer, and looks for the best people. Finding the right people that can keep the high standards of the company is very tough. From what I have learned, PPG does not just hire warm bodies. They want the best.

Have 3 separate interviews all mostly the same with 3 different supervisor. Theyre is a general abilities test done on computer. Drug test is blood, urine, hair. Physical is done in house.
