Entretien
Upon arriving for the group interview, I smiled and mingled with everyone I came in contact with. We were asked to line up so that we could sign in. After signing in, we went back to mingling with one another. The group interview started on time and they gave us info about the company and did a Q and A session. Then we had a 15 minute break. When returning to the room we lined up in numerical order and sat in numerical order. We went before a panel row by row. We introduced ourselves, answered a question then read a script. Took a lunch break then reported back to the lobby. We then were split into separate rooms which depending on the room you went in determined if you moved on to the next round. Once you made it to the next round, they collected your resume, social security number, drivers license, passport if you have and then you do your f2f which consists of speaking to three interviewers. I did all of this on a Thursday and received an offer the next day.

Give an example of a time you showed exceptional customer service?
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
