Hello... I have read more than my share of the FA interview process. I strongly recommend you google "top 25 FA interview questions". These are most of the questions they ask during the interview. You will only be asked one question and read a part(2-3 sentences) of a flight announcement in the first phase. If you make it to the second phase of the interviewing process you will be interviewed independently by three people on the panel and then the head of HR, her name is Tracy. After you interview with her she will either extend you an offer with PSA or tell you to look for an email in the next two weeks. It is important that you fill out the online application before you go to an open house. They will not make you an offer until the online application is done. This is the Open House process: -upon arrival you sign in at a table, you get a name tag with a number -the room is set up in rows of ten, your always in numerical order -once it starts the entire room watches a PSA short video, then Q&A, they ask those who think this is NOT for them to dismiss themselves at the break -break is 15-20 minutes -after the first break you go back to your row -the one question, read partial announcement begins -starting with row 1, you line up in front of the panel, front of the room -you each will receive a card, this is what you'll read after you answer your one question -in numerical order, one by one, you step to the center and are asked a random (customer service, work ethics, ice breaker) question, then you read your card -after everyone in your row has had their turn, the card is collected and you return to your seat -then row 2 will go thru the same process, row 3 and so on and so on.... -after every row has gone up, your dismissed for a 45 minute break -your then meet back in the area where you signed-in in the morning -they will call out numbers in order, your told if your number is called your to enter this side of the room -the first group they call out do not make it to the next phase -the second group of numbers they call out are to enter the other side of the room, this group has made it to the next phase -the first group is thanked for participating and dismissed -the second group that continues on waits on the one side of the room, there is a room divider, you never see the other group -you will interview with 3 PSA employees from the panel, one on one -your last interview is with the head of HR; Tracy, she determines whether or not your hired. She really drills down on your resume and your work history -Tracy will either offer you the job that day or she'll tell you to look for an email over the next two weeks This is my assessment/observation of the PSA Airlines interview process: there was a multitude of different kinds of people from all walks of life, people in their 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's. They did NOT all look like the FA type that made it through to the one on one interviews. Some were clearly dressed inappropriately, skirts too short, bad teeth, quiet, didn't smile, etc. I noticed there was NOT one person over the age of 38yrs old that made it to the one on one interviews. They obviously are looking for younger people. So all the talk you hear about looking a certain way, dressing a certain way, speaking a certain way was thrown out the window. PSA is clearly looking for young people who either have a couple years of experience or early 30-something year olds looking for a change. So if your in your 40's or 50's thinking about interviewing with PSA you might want to consider another airlines.
