These reviews are EXACTLY what you can expect. My interview process contained the full 100 people limit for an open house. I received a personal invite because I filled out the application online. You can still go if you don't but later you'll need to do just do it before you go to an open house. Out of 100 people only 29 were chosen for one-on-one's. It's like a speed dating round. You sit at one table then move to two more after that. They did not specifically hire young people either from what I noticed. In my personal opinion they hired people that LOOKED the part, spoke well and we're professional. People came there with jeans, colorful patterns and were non chalant. Don't be that person. Dress like a flight attendant. I wore a black blazer, white button down shirt, nude pantyhose and black KITTEN HEELS. Lol. The heels that are not higher than a folded dollar. They WILL be looking. This one lady, was looking people up and down and seeing if they dressed the part. Men, wear a pant suit. Black pants and black button down jacket with white button down and tie. You can do a red one or black one. Ladies, PUT YOUR HAIR IN A BUN. I have hair above my shoulders and I still made it work. Wore red lipstick and a pearl necklace. Just be professional because a lot of people answered their question beautifully but looked a mess and people that answered badly and were dressed the part STILL did NOT make it to the one-on-one. Make sure you read these reviews on here and look at these questions. Everything is true. I JUST went. I'm still waiting on my email to either confirm or deny me. At my one on one, the last lady asked about tattoos and I have one on each wrist. She ASKED to see and I was blown away that she asked. Said she would email in 2weeks and it's been almost 1 week so idk what's going to happen after all that hard work. Just be yourself and smile and bring necessary documents. You don't have to have your passport until before you graduate training. Hope this helped someone.
