One on one with the owner for part of the interview then joined by two area managers. It was a very relaxed interview over dinner. The interview was definitely in my opinion the most valuable interview process in the world. I really don't think I got the job based off credentials and what I had accomplished. I believe I got the job because of what I stood for and my passion for life, which was a direct reflection of the life of the owner and the area managers. These gents are top notch people, they love life!
