I interviewed twice with PTC and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. In both cases, I only met with recruiters and never had the opportunity to speak with the hiring manager. The questions asked often felt unrelated to the actual job responsibilities, and at times the tone and reactions during the interview felt discouraging and overly critical. Shortly after, I received a generic rejection email stating they were not moving forward. The process felt impersonal and misaligned with the role itself. I would strongly recommend a more streamlined approach where qualified candidates can connect directly with hiring managers, and where recruiter screenings are more structured, role-focused, and professional.
