Aptitude Round
The first stage was an online aptitude assessment.
It evaluated logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, analytical thinking, verbal ability, and basic problem-solving skills.
Candidates who cleared the cutoff progressed to the interview rounds.
Technical/Resume-Based Interview (Round 1)
This round focused primarily on my resume, projects, academic background, and technical knowledge.
Interviewers discussed the technologies I had worked with, project implementations, problem-solving approaches, and internship experiences.
Communication skills, logical thinking, and understanding of concepts were also evaluated.
Managerial/HR Interview (Round 2)
The final round assessed my overall fit for the role and organization.
Questions covered career goals, strengths, weaknesses, teamwork experiences, leadership situations, and willingness to learn.
The discussion also included role expectations, work culture, and general behavioral scenarios.
