      Entretien pour Sales Enablement

      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez PTC (Boston, MA) en août 2022

      Entretien

Standard phone screen, followed by an on-site interview with the hiring manager the following week. The interview seemed rather unstructured and informal. More than anything, the interview felt like they were trying to sell me on PTC and how modern they were. The office space was very impressive. The on-site followed with two more executive interviews over Zoom. The scheduling was kind of sloppy, I was scheduled for a time outside of my submitted availability with two hours' notice so I had to "reschedule". I wrapped up interviews, and had made clear from the start that I was looking to move quickly to close a role and they originally seemed to align with that. I was told I would get a decision by the end of the following week. The date passed and I heard nothing - after inquiring, they said they needed more time to interview other people and that it would be "several weeks" until I'd receive a decision but that they were still extremely excited about me. At this point, it had been over three weeks since my final interview and while I understand that it's the summertime and people are OOO, I ultimately had no choice but to withdraw from the process and accept another offer. I sent them an email notifying them and never heard anything back. Looks like the role is still open. Overall, I enjoyed all of my conversations. It seems like a great place to work if you're open to working for a legacy org looking to modernize. I wish I would have been able to see a decision through, so just be aware that they move slowly.
