They phoned me couple of days after I had responded to their job offer. The first interview was held by the director and the department manager. It was very nice, typical questions about my experience, motivations etc. After another couple of days they called me again to inform that they chose me and to negotiate the salary. The people are very friendly, almost a family atmosphere, no specific dress code.
