We started off with introduction and greeting, brief description of job or role and to hire someone with strong Microsoft knowledge and good communication skills and commensurate experience of the role. Requested for my current package to help them with their offer.

It's an open interview which started with the normal introductions of the panel doing the interview. I was asked to elaborate on the experience that I stated in my resume and what would these contribute to the company should i get hired.

it was a terrrible experience. Questions were weird and kinda open ended. It all ended on a sour note.
the Hr is also terrible. took forever to arrange for an interview.
