J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez PacificSource (Springfield, OR) en nov. 2020
Entretien
Job was posted through hiring agency. I submitted my resume and was called to hiring agency for face to face interview. The hiring agency liked me enough to assign some administrative tests. I must have passed because she forwarded me to the actual company for further consideration. I was then contacted by PacificSource and scheduled for a Zoom interview. At our scheduled time, I was interviewed by their office receptionist and some other non-hr office staff. For 30 minutes, they asked me a series of non-sensical, meaningless, and irrelevant question. I never heard back from them, but for the next three months, I noticed their continuous posting for the same job, still not filled, now on Indeed. I guess when you can’t find that ideal employee candidate through an employment agency, you’ve gotta look yourself. Three months and still searching makes me wonder what criteria they are seeking? I can’t say I was disappointed by their rejection, their Google and Facebook reviews are plentiful and atrocious.

It was fine, typical of any phone interview, not difficult and not easy. I dont know why I need minimum 30 words to say it was not a terrible experience.

super slow - the entire process is painfully slow. the HR team seems overwhelmed and disorganized. The Phone Screen part seems not helpful since no notes are sent down the line. Its like starting over every time you speak with someone.
