1.Essay(about yourself) 2.grammar 3.spotting error in a paragraph 4.online test -pick one topic to write about(you can take help from internet) and they will give you a raw content, you have to find how to design and present in understanding and readable manner 5. 3 rounds of interviews
i was not selected, because if your english is only average they will give you email writing test and then they will decide.

Entretien
There were three interview rounds.First with the HR,then the manager and then the senior manager.It usually takes 2 days for the entire process.The HR asks very basic questions like education and all.The managers interview can be a bit tricky.Please be updated of the latest technologies.
