The recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin, I passed the first 2 stages, and took a day to go to meet the team in person. WHAT A JOKE. The people I got interviewed from said and I quote 'we have trouble hiring the right people as after 6 months they leave' and the company is a recruitment company, but they have no clue to how even recruit for themselves!! I go in knowing that I needed to do a cold calling role play, and they had no clue that it was planned, so they do not even communicate properly between them, making me prepare for nothing. Regardless of this, after the interview I reach out to the recruiter, who disappeared and never responded back. Also seems to have deleted me on Linkedin which is where she approach me FIRST, and have not even the decency to say 'sorry you are not a good fit'. Horrendous way to treat candidates, and shows how awfully and unprofessionally they do their own job. Zero respect for people's time.
