I think for any candidate it includes a written test i.e C, C++ and linux(I am not sharing questions for ethical reasons). That will be followed by series of interviews. Recruiter followed up with me after i applied on their website for a particular position. I went to their campus in orange county. Recruiter is warm and was on time to receive me.I met two people in a panel and i say their way of interviewing is pathetic. They look into my resume and ask something different which is not even my resume. I think panasonic should train their employees how to take interviews.
