I applied online and receive a call the very next day set up and interview and when the day came to the interview the manager was sitting outside but instead a employee interviewed me I don't why the manager didn't and the questions were easy she said she was going to contact me in 3-5 days but never received anything .

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
